Arbitration

Arbitration is a service business. At a critical point in his career, John spent two days testifying in a complex commercial arbitration, and the outstanding arbitrators in that case reinforced his belief that the best arbitrators are prepared, engaged, and willing to make tough decisions.

John has served in every chair in the hearing room — as the outside counsel, the client, the witness, and the arbitrator in cases nationwide.  John continues to believe that preparation, focus, and a service-oriented approach to arbitration can help the parties resolve commercial disputes faster, better, and cheaper. 

John was admitted to the AAA National Roster of Arbitrators in 2016 and has served as arbitrator in more than 100 matters.  His approach is defined by experience-driven processes, proactive case management, and a willingness to tailor the process to what the parties need.
