For those ready to mediate on Zoom but need that final nudge to make it happen, John DeGroote, Chris Nolland, and John Shipp recently put on a 1 hour Dallas Bar-sponsored video CLE: “Zoom 101: Mediation for Lawyers.” In that talk the three videomediation veterans walked through technology, privacy, security, and advocacy questions, as well as how they can set up separate (private) conference rooms, how you can conduct joint sessions, and how anyone can share documents — much like an in-person mediation.
